Do you like singing? Why?
Yes, I do like singing. I often sing in the shower or when I'm cooking because it makes me feel relaxed and happy. I'm not very good, but I enjoy it and it cheers me up.
Yes, I really enjoy singing. It's a way for me to express myself and to switch off from a busy day. I like singing alone to practise and also with other people because it creates a nice atmosphere and lifts everyone's mood.
Have you ever learnt how to sing?
I've had a little bit of training at school and I tried some online videos. Mostly I taught myself by copying songs I liked, so it was quite basic.
Yes, I did learn formally for a while — I had weekly lessons with a vocal coach who taught me breathing, pitch control and how to look after my voice. Since then I've kept practising by singing along to records and doing exercises at home.
Who do you want to sing for?
I'd like to sing for my family and close friends at special occasions like birthdays or small gatherings. I feel more comfortable in front of people I know.
I'd prefer to sing for people I care about — family, close friends or at community events. Singing for an audience of familiar faces feels less nerve-wracking and it's nice to see people enjoy something you've practised for them.

Yes, I like listening to others sing. I enjoy going to small concerts or watching friends perform because it's entertaining and sometimes inspiring.
I do — and I find listening to good singers really rewarding. Live performances are especially compelling because you can hear subtle details in their voice and feel the emotion they put into each song, which recordings don't always capture.
Have you ever taken a singing class?
I've taken a short singing course at a community centre once. We did some basic warm-ups and simple songs, but it was just an introduction.
Yes, I've attended a regular class at a local music centre for a few months. We worked on warm-ups, breathing techniques and group singing, and the teacher gave individual feedback which helped my confidence and pitch.
