My favourite animal is the dog. I like dogs because they are friendly and loyal. I grew up with a family dog and we used to walk together in the park. Dogs are easy to play with and they make you feel happy. I also like that they can learn tricks and keep company.

I'd say dogs are my favourite animals. They are not only affectionate but also very attuned to people's moods, so they make great companions when you're stressed or lonely. I've always admired how trainable they are — with patience you can teach them useful commands and tricks, which creates a real bond. Even on busy days, a short walk with a dog can lift your mood and get you outside, which I think is a big advantage.

I prefer keeping a pet indoors most of the time. Indoors is safer, especially in bad weather. If a pet can go outside sometimes for exercise, that is good, but I like them to sleep and eat inside with the family. It feels safer and cleaner.
